Daunting Changes

You don't have to go "cold turkey"  with old habits when you decide to get healthy.  You can transition to a healthy lifestyle.  As you begin to eat more healthful food and less junk food, your cravings will change and making healthy choices will become easier.  Just as exercising somehow begins to give you more energy instead of less, nutritious food will begin to satisfy you instead of being a "turn off."  Take heart!  A healthy lifestyle can be satisfying and fun!  Instead of trying to change everything all at once, jump in and begin with small changes. Add more healthful, nutritious, food and reduce the amount of junk food.  You'll be amazed at how your body will thank you and begin to restore your health.  Let me know how this works for you.

We can help ease the transition to a healthy lifestyle.

What has been the hardest change for you?
What changes were easy?

  1. you are right...after not eating fast food, I went back in desperation,(road trip) and never felt sicker. Another change: quitting smoking. After 10 years it was actually pretty easy...i had the flu for 5 days and a cough for 2 weeks so i didn't feel well and didn't imagine smoking would help. It's been just over 3 weeks and I don't miss it at all. Been doing cardio instead. i feel great and have no plans to go back!
